anyone trying it out? like it? hate it?
I know one other mom that is using it, but it doesn't seem to be catching like I thought it would. You can do a one week trial, and then not "publish" it if you don't like it.
I started my trial run today.. and I actually like it. I like the layout better than the current template facebook is...It seems WAY more organized and it's going to be much easier to find things that I thought I had lost!! lol

in the search on facebook... put in "timeline" and it'll show you the new layout you can have or do a trial of... basically... it puts everything in chronological order.. all of your posts, pictures, events etc.... and you can click on the "timeline" and pull up any date and see everyfrom that day or time! It's pretty new too.. I just heard about it last week.

My brother has had it for a few months now....I don't like it. I was able to download a copy of all my things since starting facebook....I don't care for other people to read my whole facebook history.

I do not like it. I do not have it but others that do it makes it hard to look at their page. I heard by the 23rd everyone will have to have it.

There's a way to make things private on timeline, or make certain things only viewable to certain people.
I just figure, if I posted it 3 or 4 years ago for everyone to see.. it must not be that bad..

I'd never heard of it until I saw this... it's kinda weird. Not sure what to think about it yet. I really don't want to learn another FB layout lol

nothing to learn really.... just puts things in choronological order... I was able to look at all my wedding pictures, posts and see what I was doing and posting when I first joined facebook. It was pretty neat to see how I've changed.

you get a one week trial.. and only you can see it... it won't go live til you give permission, and if at the end of the week you don't like it, you can choose not to keep it... and if you try it for a couple days and love it.... you can choose for it to go live before the week is up!
I think it'll eventually be phased in for everyone though like someone else said.
