I have a lot to do today though! I still need to unpack since we got back late last night, put away Christmas decor, clean some, and grocery shop! ick. I'm thankful DH is off work all week so I have some help though!

Good morning all! Nice to see another chat to win. Thanks Cindy!
I've been summoned to the hospital to keep DH company so I'll be MIA this morning.

Good morning! Random question but does anyone know if you can freeze containers of sour cream? Cash wise has them on sale, 10 for $10 but I won't use them all right away.

I wouldn't think sour cream would freeze well, but I have never tried.
Hang in there Bunsy! We are all thinking of you and your family.

I wouldn't freeze sour cream, but I could be wrong, because I never thought you could freeze milk.

Here's an answer that I found: "You can freeze it if you plan to use it in cooking or baking, but it is not recommended if you plan to use it as a dip or on your baked potato. Sour cream separates when frozen and takes on the consistency of cottage cheese. It’s fine to use, but won’t have the texture you would expect."
