I really should make some banana bread today too, I have 5 rotten nanners on the counter. When I was showering I was thinking of all these wonderful things to make for tomorrow night and how quick and easy it would be....where or where did that motivation go?

It's amazing how it disappears. I had a big plan when I went to bed about whirlwind house cleaning today. Yet? I sit here on the couch with a coke preparing to read the newspaper!

No. I like it though if there is someone to chat with. Sharon starts a chat occas. in the evening when there are several people around.

Phone call from Dh. Everything is f'd up. NOT a private room as told, no TV, crappy little bed. ARGH. Now frantically trying to figure out a different place for him OR we are taking him home for the weekend.

Oh DAMMIT! I friggen hate those facilities! They tell you what you want to get you there knowing how hard it is to reverse certain things. Let me know if there is anything I can do.

I am so pissed. Unbelievable. Why would they do that? She specifically told DH that they had a double room available that they could make a single for an extra $20/day. She also told him there were several discharges this weekend and next week so keeping it a private room shouldn't be an issue. NOW there is no room? DH got a phone call and had to hang up on me. Waiting to hear back from him.

Got a text that said "crisis averted". I'm still awaiting more information. FIL is so sad to be in a facility to begin with, then to have it be even worse sucks.
