Just an update from Cindy.....
She had the biopsy today, they took 6 huge chunks of tissue! It was much worse than she thought it would be.
The pain is so bad she can't hold her head up.

Hi everyone....wish I didn't have to write this update. I just heard from the doctor. The tests from the biopsy are inconclusive and cannot rule out cancer and therefore another biopsy must be done. Ugh.... This time I've demanded a sedative and they've agreed thank goodness -- if the second biopsy yields the same result....I will have surgery and have my entire thyroid removed. It's so strange becuz I just had my thyroid retested and my results came back normal. Anyway, I'm gonna buck and get brave for the second biopsy...knowing so many others have endured much worse (even tho it was one of the most horrific things I've ever gone through). Thanks so much for your love and prayers...it means the world to me. I'll keep you posted on when the biopsy will be...it's not scheduled yet.
