I need to go over to DS1's house and pick up a spare phone. DH has decided to order the phone he's been wanting and I can have his. But I need something to use temporarily.

I found out today that my Ipod has a crack across the screen, not a clue when it happened. I just noticed it this morning.

Cissy, me too. DD2 won't let me put her down for a nap. I don't like washing dishes with her in the sling. I hope she will let me put her down for a while before DH gets home, I gotta wash her bottles and she will more than likely want to eat before then.

I knew that all 3 pair of DH's jeans were dirty and so were mine. I took off the ones I had on and threw them in too so everything would be clean this morning. Forgot to check the pockets. Sigh. When I opened the washer to take the jeans out, my phone was in the bottom all lit up. Not good. It's the 1st phone ever that I've broken though so I don't feel too bad. It also was a $25 phone so that's not a big deal either. I had my last phone for 3.5 years!

Dang. That stinks. But hey, at least it was a less expensive phone and not an iPhone 4s or something. THAT would have been a mess! lol

Bunsy- try tossing it back in the rice :-) Also, try blow drying the back of it as well. Sometimes that will help. You can also put it on a cookie sheet in the oven at the lowest temp you have for 10 min. I don't suggest that one much, bc when I used to, the phones came in melted. Usually after about three days, the rice will have sucked all the moisture out...
Sorry to head about your phone. That stinks!

I've had my phone almost a full two years now. It has had beer, wine, water, pop, drool, and everything else liquid imaginable spilled on it. It has been out in the rain overnight, dropped in the snow, ran over, dropped, thrown, colored on, and so much other crap....but the dang thing still has yet to die on me! Now, I'm not complaining, but I do gotta say, besides the shotty operating system, Palm made one HECK OF A PHONE!
