Yes Vitamin D is huge my levels have been WAY low and my physciatrist told me it could make me even more depressed. When they put me on the perscription D I was feeling TONS better.
I have to take my meds at night because antidepressants trigger the seritonin in your brain and that is how it works but for me they make me feel super sick to my stomach because it is triggering the seritonin in my stomach. It is like that for the first couple weeks until my body is used to it.

So....I stopped taking those pills after 3 days. They were making everything way worse than they were. I finally got my appetite back on Sunday. ENT didn't see anything wrong with my throat. DH was doing a little research and thinks my albuterol inhaler is whats causing all this because I never had a problem with this until I started using that stuff and everything I am dealing with seems to be a side effect of the drug. So back to my doctor tomorrow.

albuterol can MESS YOU UP! It made my kids nuts, hyper. Wouldn't surprise me that it could cause anxiety, etc. in an adult.
