Oh honey, with 3 little ones you'll be hard pressed to ever find a 'normal'!

Hahaha! Well maybe settle into a routine, how's that? Although both DD1 & 2 have their b-days the next 2 weeks also so maybe I'll just hold out until October.

Birthdays are great! DS#2 just turned 20 and DH's birthday is next week, too!
A routine sounds great, that's what I love about school starting!

Oh I loved those chat days! Where is everyone's chat-exhuberance like it used to be!?!?! Now it usually tapers off about 3 p.m. and it makes work really boring. LOL!

None. A decision was to be made this week. I am starting to get really discouraged about it. I SO thought I had it in the bag. Guess I got too cocky.

Thanks! I am just so tired of "management" at my job and being bored....but then I could turn it into a positive because it is pretty relaxed around here, too. I just wanted more money and to feel needed and appreciated.

And we all want more money! LOL! I actually have a review coming up, but it will be nowhere near what I would have gotten at this other job.
What do you do for work, Vic?

I would love to do something like that. I want an on-your-own office job. My position has shifted to some customer service stuff and I hate it. Despise it. Don't get me wrong, I can be good at it, but I don't like it and there really isn't a way out of it at this point.

I didn't and I am kicking myself. However, this was a unique position, so in reality I think it came down to a lot of 'personality clicking' with the boss man. I know it was down to three and I was one of them, but I think me being a mom that has to be home in the evening came down to my hinderance.
Exactly! And most are great...I loved my tellering customers. But now that I am in account opening/problem solving/etc. I can't stand them and their sense of entitlement.

I have those, too. The frustrating part is that I am supposed to be back-up, but the guy who I am doing this for thinks that he can just shove all his customers and duties over on me so that he can do what he likes. And most of those are exactly those types of people.
I wanted to refuse to give this one customer my direct number the other day just because I knew she'd use it! LOL!

I don't think I have seen this movie advertised....what is it? I love Kevin James he is hilarious! IDK where Southdale is but I am sure I have passed it before.
But I'm with Cyndy. We have dinner, homework, baths and all that. It's a school night!
