Tears for Amy and her family today. But life continues on, even sadly. Great morning here. We were out the door 10 min early and arrived at school before the doors open. It is a 35 min trip door to door--combination of walking and bus. We take tube, bus and walking to get home. Very different way of life. After home for breakfast, we went to soo big ben, the london eye, westminster abbey and vafious other interesting to see things. I also used my first pay toilet in the tube station. C has choir intil 5 today so I thi k we'll. Have mcdonalds on our way home. We also need to stop at the market for candy for her pony camp on friday and for her weekly chocolate croissant for tomorrow breakfast. We are back at the flat for a rest before pickup. Love my internet.

Of course we aren't bit sightseers and we hate lines and spending money so we just looked. Couldn't imagine standing in line for hourS. We're talking about a bus tour--more our speed.

Was it a double decker bus Bunsy?
I agree that it is so different to walk or take public transit everywhere. When I lived in Chicago I was in great shape from walking so much to get places, driving everywhere in the suburbs is so different from urban living

We haven't done the bus tour yet. We take double deckers every day to and from school though. AND if C is with we have to be on the top and she keeps moving seats when they empty until we are in the front seats.

Does the McDonald's there have what you like? I know often it is different. When I went in h.s. w/ classmates everyone was upset that we couldn't get a Shamrock shake on St Pat's day.
