Pork Hocks, peas, mashed potatoes
(Proud of myself I made a menu for a whole week and hopefully I can stick to it and make what I wrote down that I was going to make.)

Ricotta, Spinach and Turkey Italian Sweet Sausage Lasagna (I always make this) and this new recipe for dessert, from O magazine, Banana Nut Pound Cake, made in a Bundt Pan. The Banana Cake was supposed to be the "Grand Prize Winner" and best ever. Made it. Kinda involved. Good -- but not absolutely out-of-this world, like the article lead me to believe.

We had pork chops on the grill with mashed potatoes and green beans. I think I'm going to throw a pot roast in the slow cooker for tomorrow.
