The ladies already provided great info above, and I was going to second their comments about smoothies. My kiddos love smoothies when the weather gets nice outside. We'll put in it: kale, banana, ice cubes, protein powder, flaxseed, orange juice, frozen berries, frozen peaches, and a scoop of sorbet. They absolutely love it!
