Tonight we have a very short window between DD1's ballet class and a concert at school so leftovers are on the menu. Thankfully I made soup the other night (beef, sausage, veggies, noodles) so I'm having that, the kids might have pasta.

I made tater tot hotdish for the first time yesterday, it was good! We are having potato and bacon soup tonight.

Last night was Crock Pot French Dip sandwiches and broccoli. It was very tasty. Tonight we have no plans. Maybe go out to eat.

I made this last night, but used couscous instead, and didn't use the lime zest, just the juice and it was fabulous!!

we had breakfast for dinner-- breakfast casserole in th ecrock pot
thaw 28 oz pack of country style hash browns and put in bottom of crock pot Brown one pound pork sausage (or another kind) and put on top then cover with 2 cups shredded cheddar Mix 12 eggs with 1 cup milk some salt and pepper and pour over everything in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 4.5 hours. Great for brunch too.
