Ok so I'm getting married tomorrow at 11:11 A.M. at Minnehaha Falls Park. I have everything ready to go for the wedding. Everything but a witness. First my mom flaked out on coming. Now the two friends. The groom has his witness. I need mine. Anyone free?

If I had a car, I would, but I don't. Is there a secretary you can borrow for the hour that works for the guy that is marrying you? Or can you borrow another person that happens to be in the park at the time? Will there be other people getting married there at the time? You could borrow one of them for their signature. Will the groom be bringing more than one person? |

Oh, geez, is that who you're marrying? Think about why you're doing it. Just because your life is hard right now, it doesn't mean you should do something out of frustration. There's a reason he's an ex and that you have a restraning order against him. Is it really worth it to be miserable for the rest of your life just because of a special numerology date?

Babys....think through this hard. I don't know that it's a good idea to just jump into this after all that you've dealt with. Please, think about yourself and baby girl. We all love you here and would hate to see you get hurt.

Babys - I don't know you and don't want to "rain on your parade". But please, please reconsider doing this. Have seen all the previous posts on MLM about you needing help to get things moved asap. Is that behavior really, really stopped? Or are you just in a short "honeymoon" stage with a lot of promises being made and a very natural desire to have an intact family for the upcoming holidays?  Because rarely does behavior like that truly stop. Those of us who are older and have had boyfriends like this and husbands like this in past, or friends that have gone through this, can tell you that that is what we have experienced. Kids cannot deal with up and downs like that. It affects them even if it seems like it isn't now at their young age. It does. Your choices in who you are with, IS EXACTLY who your child(ren) will gravitate to for their own partners when they get older. Why wouldn't they? It is what they saw and lived. Please, please be careful. I do not have a good feeling about your post. And if your own mother, and two friends, are not making it a priority to do this for you, then that might be their way of trying to tell you they cannot support you.  |

Momof3 make a great point, if you're mom and two friends aren't willing to do this, then it's probably a sign it's not the right thing to do.
