Friday, December 16th!!! WOOT!!

I can sit up to eat. Otherwise, besides going to the bathroom and being able to shower every other day, I need to be in less than a 45degree reclining position. Most of the day I just spend on my side since that is what is best for Squirt.

when I was put on modified bedrest with DS--and stopped working, I barely gained anything and the doctor's got all worried because the baby wasn't growing that fast. I supervised a foster care home and the staff I supervised made the meals so I usually had a big, full meal and didn't do that when I was at home. SO I ended up with 8 ultrasounds-- once 2 in one day!

Doc said if I can keep him inside till next week he would have a 10% chance of survival and if I can keep him in till I hit 28 weeks, which is January 18th, he will have a 90% chance of survival. 33 more days till the critical phase is over then I may get a few privilages back. Anything after 28 weeks just means the less time he will have to spend in NICU.

Ok...I know I shouldn't complain about something so vain, but I have to!! So, being the busy person that I am, I don't have the ability to schedule an appt for a haircut...you guys know now how it can be!! Anyway, so I went to the Great Clips in one of the skyways, the same one I have gone to before and I have been very please. Today, the guy who normally cuts my hair wasn't there so I went with someone else. BIG MISTAKE!!! Keep in mind that I have a pixie style hair cut and all I wanted was a trim and thinned out since I have my sexy pictures next week!! She began with a clipper and was clipping up the back...no big deal...that's normal. But, then she took it and began clipping my sides!! I was like wait a minute! But, it was too late! The other side has to be done to match and now I feel like I look like a marine!!!! I was almost in tears...and I have had my share of bad haircuts. I know I shouldn't be so upset about it, but I think I'm just more ticked off because she went by what was in the compter, which wasn't for me, than by what we had discussed. So, I'm having chocolate for lunch!

SO Gwen are you getting too bored yet-- what things can/do you do while in bed?

As my Dad used to say, a bad haircut is only bad for a week. So, hopefully it will be all better by sexy picture time!

I have ultrasounds every week to check the length of my cervix. On Wednesday it was 1.8cm. They were hoping for 2cm, but, being that I was dilated to 2cm when they put the cerclage in they are pretty happy. Now just need to keep the pressure of so the cerclage holds.

So Patti- did they still make you try to pay for the haircut? That would be the ultimate insult on top of the poor service.

Oh No! Right before your pictures, That sucks!

So far I spend a lot of time reading, surfing the internet, watching TV and I'm teaching myself how to crochet off of youtube.

Okay, I don't care how long I'd have to lie there, I would NEVER teach myself to crochet!

If I was more creative I'd start a blog. But I don't think I'd really have much to say. I could count the popcorn on the celing or make shapes out of it.

organizing photo albums-- I was going to try that because I had tons to do-- did I do any? nope-- lots of TV. Didn't even open the new DVDs I had in the wrappers yet

OH, Gwen! I'll be thinking about you. Hmmmm...maybe I should come by sometime and visit with ya!!
