yeah. except he let his license lapse last year after a brain hemorage. so dumb. and the test is like $300 to retake. so luckily the place that he works for now recognized that he had his CNA license or whatver and gave him a job.

Hmmm, DH works for Gillette and I know they are looking for someone to work in the PICU.

well, if yo uhave ANY info i could pass to him...and whip him into shape with...please send it my way. he's not happy with where he works now (as far as other employees there) but he hates to have to leave residents in such crappy care.

good plan indeed! I'd work from home if he could provide health insurance. That's the only thing holding that plan up right now.

Every time DH worked at a NH, he just hated leaving them. He was one of the only ones nice to them!

That's how it is with the place he works now. The residents are GREAT from what I understand, but the management is terrible and he would feel horrible leaving. Which sucks. I know that can't be easy, but at the same time, you have a family to support.

I can understand that. Hopefully it'll start to sink in for him soon though. Supporting your family is #1.

I mean, it's nice now because he can get the girls off in the morning. He takes DD to school, DSD to daycare, etc. But if he were the one making more money, I would care less about being to work on time and would focus on getting the kids ready in the mornings, etc.

is there something about being pregnant that makes that happen faster? lol seriously, i feel like lately it only takes like a minute for my foot to go numb...where it used to take like 5 or 10
