I have to admit - I've very tempted! They'll paint it back (wonder if they take color requests?) once the time is done. I think it's an awesome idea!

My homeowners association won't allow it. My neighborhood was built for hippies, by hippies. The development started being built in the late 60's early 70's.

If I had a house I would be all over it...why not? It is only a year and I heard they do paint it whatever color you want after the ads come down. It could be a lifesaver for someone about to foreclose or someone who lost their job. Some may consider it tacky and ugly but stop and think of who may live within those walls.

I applied for it. Heck - if I can save my self $900+ a month...I could have so many bills PAID OFF. Car paid, so much other stuff then be able to really give back to the community like we want to.

yeah, i'll keep ya'll posted. haven't seen an email or anything come across, but maybe i'll just have to put a new one in every day to get it! I would be psyched to have my mortgage paid for a year! AHH!
