Working on planning out the menu for the week. It's more complicated that other Passovers because I'm not eating meat these days. So I need meals that are kosher for Passover, vegetarian, but also things my family will eat. I think I'll be making two main courses most nights. We have a lot of salmon croquettes leftover, but the chicken and turkey from the Seders is gone.

Yesterday we had ham on the grill, homemade rolls, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, deviled eggs and peaches & cream pie.
Today we'll probably just keep it simple and have some pasta or leftovers.
