This reminds me of a time MANY years ago, Dan and I went out with my Brother and his wife. She got carded... "WHAT??? ARE YOU SERIOUS??? I"LL SHOW YOU AN ID""" and she starts whipping stuff out of her purse... ONE baby shoe, teething gel, a diaper... and the bouncer sent her in without even seeing her ID. She was probably 26- 27... It was a RIOT!! The poor bouncer didn't know what hit him! LOL!!!! That is awesome!!! Did it work?! [/size] Ya, he waved her past!! It was so funny!!!

You remember words to all the favorite songs on Sesame Street.... even though your kids are past SS age!
You will ride in a yellow school bus for hours to attend a field trip with your child!!!

When you tell your hubby that he should "go potty" before you leave the house so that you don't have to stop on the way

When you have a large enough purse to carry everything you may need when you are away from home!!!

... you can barely watch the news or read the newspaper some days (because of a child abuse story). Some mornings my DH says, "Honey, skip reading the paper today" and I'll know exactly why. (Sad sigh.)

Agreed Renee.....the news just breaks my heart when there is a child abuse case or a child passes away. I didn't feel as sad about it before DS

When people ask if you have some wet wipes in your purse when your kids aren't with you.

I was thinking the wet wipes. Why do I have more wipe containers around my house than kleenex boxes?
The best was when my DD went through the phase of calling everything poopy and I told her to not do that, only to go to work and call everything poopy.
