Well, I used to every year - no food or water for about 26 hours. I was fine doing so once a year from the time I was 12 until my mid 30's. But now I have to have one small glass of juice and one slice of bread with pb about halfway through or I get a debilitating migraine. So I begridgingly do so. But I hate that I can't really fast anymore. Wow, that was a long answer  WYCY travel alone, leaving your family behind, for a month? |
