I swear it is hard for me to get a good nights sleep for a while now (most of this year) b/c I usually have to get up at least 1-3X to go to the bathroom. Is this b/c my kidney's are doing their job or is it b/c I had something right b4 bed?
No I don't drink enough.
How do I fix this? Or any advice for me?
Thanks ladies.

Try talking to your doctor. How long has this been going on? Is your bladder super full each time or just enough that you have to get up to go?

Watch how much water is in the foods you eat as well. I get up at least 3 times a night. I wake up and figure well heck I ma up why not pee so I can be comfortable. You may do the same. After I had DS I went to the Urologist cuz I kept feeling I needed to go but never had a uti or bladder infection, and since DS flew out of me (hehe) I wanted to make sure all was well down there. He did a procedure where he went in (yea you know where) and everything looked perfect. I did get on a medicine for overactive bladder but it did not seem to help. Make sure when you pee you are pushing forward to release it all. That seems to help!

Are you drinking caffeinated tea? If I make my own sweet tea I and even with one glass early in the day, I am up several times at night to pee. My mom was the same way but she drank a lot more tea, her dr told her to switch to decaf tea and it's helped her a lot

I am not sure if the tea I drink has caffeine in it or not. Pretty sure it does.
