I've browned it and now it's in a container in the fridge. Can I put it back in the freezer?

I think yes. I have a cookbook that has receipts in it and a lot of them you cook hamburger for say tacos that night and then take half of it and freeze it for a differant receipt for another night.

Yep, sure can! It's great for those nights you just don't have time to cook, take out the burger and throw a hotdish together!

Okay, good. I won't be home to make anything with it for the next couple of days so I'll throw it in the freezer.
