I really wasn't sure where to put this....
DH and I are trying to get pregnant. I had my implanon implant removed the first week of October. I haven't had my period yet, I'm not ovulating and I'm not pregnant. What gives?
The dr said it could take a couple months to get my period back but I'm getting really impatient. Is there anything I can do to cause myself to ovulate or get my period back? I was thinking about possibly going on the pill for a month to see if that regulates my cycle.
Anyone have an ideas for me? Thanks!

What does the doctor say about using the pill for a month or two? I think you may begin ovulating before your period shows up too (I have heard of girls that got pregnant before their period, I think)

I haven't asked my dr about going on the pill yet. And I've been doing ovulation tests every day for over a month and they're always negative.

hmm I am no help as I haven't ovulated in 8 months for no apparent reason. It just stopped. I was told however by my doctor to come in when I wish to start getting pregnant as they could help me? No clue how but yeah...check with the good ol docs.

Yeah DD has her 2 year check up in a couple weeks so I think I will ask her (my) dr about it then.
