I was "hoping" this was those appetizers with the cream cheese and jalapenos in them. Those are my fav. but never know how to make them!

I made this one and liked it:
Party Pinwheels
Two 8-oz packages cream cheese, softened One 1-oz package ranch dressing mix 2 green onions, minced Four 12-inch flour tortillas ½ cup red bell pepper, diced ½ cup diced celery One 2-oz can sliced black olives ½ cup shredded Cheddar
Combine the cream cheese, ranch, and green onions in a medium mixing bowl. Spread this over each tortilla and sprinkle with the veggies and cheddar. Roll up the tortillas and wrap them tightly in aluminum foil. Chill two hours or overnight. Cut off the ends of the rolls and slice into one-inch slices.
