We didn't send out cards this year because we just didn't have time and are low on funds this Christmas.
I'm thinking other people feel the same because we have only gotten about 7 cards so far this year and normally we get tons.

We haven't sent any out in a few years. It's really expensive and that's the first thing to go!

I haven't sent out cards in years, so I get very few. My aunt, my sister, my mom and like 3 friends. That's it this year.

I send out Christmas cards every year, with DS's annual prof. pic. All of my family lives in Europe, so this is a nice way for them to get a little update on us and a pic. However, I've only gotten 2 cards this year...

Surprisingly, we've gotten a BUNCH. A few of them were from people who didn't send one last year (so we had taken them off of this year's list) so we had to quickly send one out to them. I did get two electronic cards this year, which was new. Nowadays with Facebook keeping people in touch, the holiday cards aren't as useful regarding hearing people's news because usually you already know the latest!

I didn't get around to cards this year--too much going on. When the kids were little we sent a yearly photo and Christmas letter. DH is very creative and his letters were hysterical. It's just different now that the kids are grown.

Alot of my family lives out of state so I try to send a picture card and update them on what has been going on with us throught the year. I couldn't do it this year because I didn't have the money and I think I missed a couple years ago too. It disappoints me to not be able to do it because I find it fun and I like typing up the little newsletter of what we have been up to....makes me smile!

We sent out cards this year with DS' santa picture. We've also gotten A TON!! I don't throw them away though, I cut out the picture on the front, or the saying on the inside and put them in scrapbooking stuff... or the ones that are addressed just for DS, go into his memory box!

We always put on the fridge the Christmas pictures of our best friends and family members. Now we're making the swap and putting on this year's photos!!
