Hey Ladies,
My DH just had a heart attack. So far he is ok. Please pray that he stays ok. Please pray that what sleep I get will carry me through. (I've been up since 10am yesterday and have to work the overnight tonight.) Thanks so much!
**Update (3/15/2012)** When my DH had his heart attack he had no insurance. Gulp. Sad to say, when he told me he *thought* he was having a heart attack, I reminded him of this fact! So what does it cost to have a heart attack, have a stent put in and stay in the hospital for two days w/o insurance? The answer -- $50,000! That is enough to cause another heart attack!!
While he was in the hospital, a financial planner came to see us to see how we would pay this tremendous bill. She asked why he wasn't on my insurance plan. Adding him and DD would have cost an $600 a month while he was laid off. She commisterated with us instead of being buearacratic (sp?). We told her not to waste her time because we qualify for nothing! She encouraged us to fill out the paperwork anyway, "because, you never know!" A few prayers later, we found out we DID qualify. After reading the stipulations, I figured we would have to pay $10,000, which is a lot prettier than 50k, but still a very big hit!
The bill finally arrived today, total we owe -- $995.00! Praise God for "you never knows!" Thank you to all you who pay taxes that helped us out of this big jam! My relief was so tremendous, I just laughed liked an idiot! Thanks again for all the prayers, they worked wonders!

Or is there anyway you can get a nap in? Can G go to a friend's home so you can nap? |

Thanks, ladies! He says he is feeling better. He had a stent put in. I just got about 3 hours sleep and I'm good to go for awhile. DD and I will be leaving for the hospital soon.
