Do you have any recipes for couscous?
The only way I have found that my family will eat it so far is: make according to the directions on the pkg, add a can of cr. of mushrm soup, pepper.
I like couscous. I heard of it on the Rachael Ray show.

My SIL buys the flavored kind.....I personally haven't ever seen couscous in the store because I don't look for it but looks yummy!

I use it with chicken that I've marinated... just butter and salt it. It's similar to rice as a side dish.

We do it pretty plain, just with a little butter or a little olive oil. I use it as a side dish when we want a grain and don't have an hour to wait for rice, quinoa or wild rice. The package of whole wheat couscous I get has microwave instructions - and it's just as good as on the stove top and super quick and easy.
I also love the leftovers mixed with cottage cheese.
