I am beginning to feel it may be time to move on after some recent mgmt decisions. I have been with this company for a long time (over a decade) and have a lot of passion and love for what I do, but have not been feeling valued by upper mgmt. I don't want to go into details but I am feel very torn right now and could use some positive thoughts for me as I contemplate what my next steps should be for my career.

Second, Positive thoughts for clarity and guidance. Sounds like alot of hard decisions to be made, especially after a decade of working there.
So sorry to hear that you have not been feeling valued by upper management. That is hard to experience. You've got my support!
