Hey ladies. As some of you know, about a month ago I miscarried. Doc said to give it some time before jumpin back on the wagon and gettin knocked up. So, we've given it some time, and now we're jumpin back on!!!
Does anyone have any tips to help us in the process? I mean, obviously, have SEEEX!!!! lol I know I could go do the whole ovulation schedule thing, but in all honesty, with how DH's schedule and mine work (he works nights, I work days), we just try to do the deed whenever possible. So trying to figure out ovulation schedules and what not just seems like a waste of time if we're not able to do it EXACTLY when we're "supposed" to. So I guess I'm just looking for tips that might help us, like if there's any pills I should be taking, any "exercises" I should be doing to help, etc.
The first time around was unexpected, so this whole actually trying for a baby thing is new to me, so any help or tips will be appreciated!

Besides having fun trying.  Take a prenatal vitamin. Target has a big bottle of them for around $5-$6. Otherwise it'll happen when it happens and there's little else you can do about it. |

I second the prenatals. Also elevate your hips for about 5 mins after! Gravity will aide the swimmers!

hahahahaha merr! yeah, most the time it doesn't work out that way i dunno. there's some people out there who do crazy things to try and get knocked up! |

Yup gravity, drinking and prenatals is the best route! If your period is regular check a calendar to know what days are most fertile for you and save the sperm for then to have the best chance

Oh and if you have an orgasm during sex it will increase your chances more....it helps get a boy too if you would like!

Yep I second the other advice... prenatals, elevate your hips, stick a few pillows under your butt and put your legs up afterwards for at least 5-10 minutes.
Alcohol always seems to help too -- Thats how DS came to be lol

hahahahaha...OF COURSE i have to get drunk to even THINK about having sex with DH....hahah juuuust kiddin. we did the deed last night, it was reckless and amazing! lol
lately though i've been having that "sick" feeling randomly throughout the day. so like i said, it might already be there, i just don't want to take a test yet...after what happened last time i'm just ready for nature to take its course.
and as far as periods go, mine have never been normal, probably never will be. after this kid i'm done and havin everything yanked out so i don't even have to worry anymore! lol
