Artichoke Dip
2 cans of Artichoke Hearts 1 cup of Real Mayo 1 cup of Sour Cream 2 1/2 cups of Parmesan Cheese Grated 2 cloves of minced garlic (I do it the easy way and get the canned Garlic, and the first time I made it I messed up and did 4 tsp of Garlic which was twice the amount and I've ONLY had compliments so I stick with that)
*Mix it all together (I do save some cheese to put on top of the mixture before I put in the oven) *Put it in the oven at 350 for 20-25 min. I just watch for it to get melty, bubbly and brown on the edges and on top from the cheese.
You can add spinach to make spinach artichoke dip. I have not tried that yet.
DELISH! :-)

This is one of my favorites:
Ricki's Yummy Dip
1 brick cream cheese, softened 1 can no-bean chili 1 small can diced green chiles salsa 1 package taco-flavored cheese Corn chips
In a glass baking dish (I use either a pie plate or a 8x12 ish dish), spread the cream cheese. Spread the no-bean chili over that and sprinkle with the green chiles and chunks of salsa. Top with the cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve with chips.

I might be having a baby during the SuperBowl, so I am not planning to go to the party I was invited to. But I usually make these: Party Pinwheels Ingredients
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix 2 green onions, minced 4 (12 inch) flour tortillas 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced 1/2 cup diced celery 1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and green onions. Spread this mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle red pepper, celery, black olives, and cheese (if you'd like) over the cream cheese mixture. Roll up the tortillas, then wrap them tightly in aluminum foil. Chill 2 hours or overnight. Cut off ends of the rolls, and slice the chilled rolls into 1 inch slices.
The good thing about these is you can use this as a base recipe and put in anything you like.

we have a couple popular ones in our family... First is a beef bread boat
ingredients 2 tsp beaumonde (salty, that is why you must rinse beef) 2pkgs of dried beef (I use the ones in the refridgerated section next to the buddig singles)rinsed well and chopped fine 1 1/3 cup light sour cream 1 1/2 cup light mayo 2 tbsp parsley 2 tbsp dillweed (though I do not always use this!)
2 medium/large loaves of round bread ( love the ones from Rainbow bakery!)
mix all ingredients in a bowl (minus bread) cover with foil and put in fridge 1 hour
Hollow out 1 loaf to use as your bread boat, and cut up the bread... cut up the other loaf into cubes
do not put dip into bowl until ready to serve... put on large platter, and place bread cubes around the bread bowl

the second is burbon dogs
on low or warm heat in crockpot, put a few packages of little smokies and cover with favorite bbq sauce... my mom adds a shot of burbon for a kick, and onions minced... you'd have to play around with the burbon just adding a little at a time til you get the flavor you want!
