Well, sadly winter is fast approaching. Does anyone have any exercises they do IN THEIR HOUSE on a daily basis to help keep the extra winter layer off? I have a few, but they get old after a while, just looking for some tips to help switch it up!

I've heard that the Zumba Fitness for Wii or Kinect is great but I haven't spent the $$$ on it myself (yet).

I have a treadmill and try to run 4-5 times a week, and mix in Jillian Michaels' 30-day shred here and there

I love my zumba for kinect and dance games are fun too and dd can do those with you. Good quality time I also just bounce on my excerise ball while watching tv at least it's keeping you moving and burning some calories

I have started Jillian Michael's 30 day shred and here trouble zones (I call it my butts and guts DVD). I also try to hit up the gym twice a week. I hope to keep it going all winter. I really would like to lose 15 pounds of post baby weight.

I've been sticking with an eliptical a few times a week and go to our community center once a week to swim. I'm hoping DH will get a set schedule so I can go to the center a second day to use the treadmill and bike.

Do you have Netflix? There's a TON of different workouts that you can stream instantly....

I have Netflix but didn't know about the workouts - I'm going to check that out right now! I have an old dying treadmill that I run on - everyother day depending on what I'm doing. I also do Insanity on the days I'm not running. And sometimes I throw in Jillian's "No More Trouble Zones." I gained 7 pounds this summer - we camped alot and that isn't good for my waistline! I've lost 2 pounds but have a ways to go. I also check out workout DVDs at my library to test out it I want to buy. I have a couple on hold right now.
