In laws are coming up and FIL is bringing some of his smoked ribs he made on Sunday. YUM! We'll have baked potatoes too. Oh, and MIL roasted some garlic, so DH is picking up french bread and goat cheese to have with the roasted garlic.

Last night fish sticks, potatoes, applesauce.
Tonight is: a pork roast which I should get started. LOL then I will add potatoes, carrots w/ it, mushrooms. How I make my pork roast: I add sliced onion, teriyaki sauce, a little water, cr. of mushroom soup, a little s/p. Yummy! Haven't had a roast in a little while.
