I was informed that my corneas are too thin to be a candidate for Lasik and I was really bummed. But then Love suggested that I look into ICL which is (in my own simple terms) a surgically implanted contact lens that corrects vision. I looked it up here: www.visianinfo.com/And it looks like it might work for me! Because insurance doesn't cover it I'm not able to do it any time soon and I'd like to research it more but I really do love the idea of doing it. Does anyone have any experience with this alternative to Lasik? Good? Bad? Ugly? TIA!
