Can't wait to try these. I am a great cook, terrible baker. Just about everything I make that involves baking (unless it involves apples or blackberries, and is simple like a cobbler or a crisp) is just bad. My cookies will break your teeth. Noted that in comments section by people making it, that need to keep dough chilled or it will spread and be flat and hard cookie. Maybe that is part of my problem when I make cookies from scratch. Never thought about dough being cold before plopping it on a cookie sheet and putting in oven.
