So I have been spotting on and off for the last three days. It started after having sex with hubby. Its not enough to mark my underwear, just when i go to the bathroom I see it. I'm only 7 weeks along, should I worry? Everything the dr has told me and that I have read is to not worry unless there is heavy bleeding and or heavy cramping, which I'm not having. I need comfort!

Samantha, I'm sorry you're dealing with this. I was spotting yesterday, and a bit today too (I'm 12 weeks). I called the doctor and they told me unless it's bright red to not be super concerned. Getting into the detail, if it's a brownish color I wouldn't be concerned too much. It's scary though...I started bawling at work yesterday when I saw that...I'm sure ppl thought I was crazy.
((((HUUUUUUGS)))) Prayers for you that everything is ok. Just take it easy...tell hubby you might have to take a break for a little while. I told DH that and he was so understanding.

I had spotting throughout the majority of my last pregnancy. It started after sex when I was about 6 weeks along. Everything was fine. Hope that eases your mind a little. Keep us posted!

I spotted for about 3 weeks with this pregnancy. From about 7-10 weeks preggers. I'm now 33 weeks and still pregnant. I would try not to worry unless it's bright red and soaking a pad.

Your cervix is easily bothered right now. It can bleed from exams, sex and even excessive pushing with bowel movements. It is normal until like everyone said it is bright red or a lot. I had bright red bleeding at 17 weeks with my first and it turned out to be a fibroid on my cervix that was bleeding so you could even have one of those. I know it's impossible not o worry but think happy thoughts that all will be okay as well!

When I was pregnant with DS, I spotted a couple of times and had bleeding once, but the doctor said to worry if there was cramping. My cervix would bleed if they touched it during exams, and that's why it would sometimes bleed after sex.

Oh hun I'm sorry. But spotting does happen during pregnancy sometimes. Just as long as there's no cramping you should be OK.

Well I'm 99.9% sure I did have a miscarriage and I'll be going to the ER in a little bit here. I'm so heart broken.
