Both of my kids have jammies that they just love and they want to wear that one pair like every night. How do you handle that? Yes, they do have a few pairs of jammies or more.
Or how many times do you have your child wear the same pair of jammies b4 you wash it? Usually I have an unwritten rule wear a pair of jammies 2X then I wash it 3 at the most.
TIA

It depends on what he does in them. The ones he wears during the week he tends to wear several nights because he only wears them for sleeping. On the weekend when he is more likely to hang out in them, have breakfast in them, play in them, then they go in the wash quicker. And clean pj's after a bath, always.

For 3 nights, unless it's bath night. Then it's clean ones no matter what.

We wash them every week unless they spill on them.
Wow, new jammies every night. That would make me hate laundry even more than I already do!

That's why we have the 3-night rule. Otherwise they go through all their jammies in a week, and I do not like doing that much laundry

DS usually gets up and plays and eats breakfast in his, and almost always spills, so we get new PJs every night. He also gets really sweaty and drools when he sleeps, so even if he doesn't spill we put new ones on.

New ones every night here too. DD1 eats breakfast in them and usually dribbles milk on them. I would rather her eat in her jammies than get her clothes for the day all full of milk first thing. She has enough pairs of PJ's to last about a week. DD2 is still too little to worry about it.

Usually new ones. Sometimes he goes on same jammies kick and I will wash then after 2 sleeps. Ick, I dont want to get in dirty jammies at night, So we try to keep his favorites clean.

If the jammies weren't dirty or smelly, I let them wear them. It wasn't one of those things worth fighting over. We usually did fresh jammies after a bath or if the worn ones were dirty.
