Anyone else completely obsessed and intrigued by the movie coming out this Friday? I was going to wait til all the "hoopla" was over to avoid crowds but found a couple of theatres that have showings as early as 9:40am... I thought the books were amazing.. and I became really attached to the storyline and the characters and I'm excited to see if the movies follow the books as much as I've heard they do!! Who's going?

I can't wait! My husband thinks its hilarious how obsessed I am with it! We are going Friday night at 10 pm. We'll be in Iowa and the girls are staying the night with their grandparents. My bro and a friend who actually read the books is going along too! It will be nice having someone there with me who has read it haha! Woohoo! I read tweets from people who have seen it and said it follows the book pretty well!

I am seeing the movie Saturday morning, I have work on Friday so I can not do it then and I will not pay the price to see a movie in the evening. A friend and I are going and I already purchased our tickets.

I bought my tickets for tomorrow night -- we're going on a double date with our friends who also loved the books. Can't wait can't wait!!! So I heard they're making FOUR movies out of the three books. It'll be interesting to see where they divide them up -- like, will they split book #3 into two portions? (SPOILER ALERT for those who haven't read all the books) : like, in district 13 for movie # 3 and then moving toward the capital / the ending for movie #4?

I saw the movie this morning, I liked it. My friend told me to shove some popcorn in my mouth so I wouldnt make a comment to my the people who brought young children in. the infant never made a peep, I wanted more to spaze about the what looked to be a 4 or 5 yr old there.

I read they were splitting the third book into 2 movies also!
Cissy- we went to a 10 pm showing last night and there was what looked to be a 6 yr old and a couple of other babies fast asleep in blankets. The 6 yr old kid kept fake yawning because he was bored and just talking loudly here and there! That is not a movie for young kids! It was irritating!

We saw it tonight. I loved it! It just sucks that they have to leave so many good parts out.
