I made this recipe last night it was so good. Almost everyone liked it lots. The only one who didn't like it was: my dd.
Here is the recipe:
Toss 1 lb brocoli florets w/ 1 Tbsp olive oil and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper on jelly roll pan.
Roast in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine 1/4 c. grated Parmesean cheese, 1/4 c. panko bread crumbs (I didn't use those instead I use crushed up saltines), 2 tsp. olive oil, and 1 tsp finely grated lemon peel (I didn't have of that so I omitted it). Also, I added a small amount of ground up flax seed.
Sprinkle panko mixture over brocoli; roast 3-5 minutes or until brocoli is tender and crumbs are goldne brown. Serves 4.
I am certainly going to make this again. I am going to try this again w/ g. beans too.

This sounds amazing. I'm the only one who would eat it, but it sounds worth making anyway. And actually Ian might try broccoli if it's got bread and cheese on it.

I've made this before only with no bread crumbs or flax seed. It was AMAZING! Roasted veggies are the best!
