The thing I loved the BEST when i was a single mom, was getting to have all the time with DD to myself. Shoot, now I have to share it! lol

You get to be a great mom for a few days then send them to their dads...which means break time for you. I take time for myself, work, house stuff, paper work...so when they come home to me they have all my attention. It's like my own little vacation.
I also like knowing where they are at, what they are playing with, what movies they are seeing, etc....no one to argue with about stuff.

I love all the mommy daughter time I would get with her. Although I still get a lot of that being a SAHM and with DH working so much.

I feel like a single mom at times. I say that b/c dh rarely does much w/ the kids such as bathing, feeding or diapering when younger, bottles when younger or bedtime. And all he wants to do in the evenings or weekends is nap/sleep or work on projects (house or outside).

I'm going into the single mom phase rt now... SO and I have been fighting NONE stop for months now and not aggreeing on anything, so I'm calling it quits. for the time being.
