Oh My Goodness, What a Day!

I've had an amazing day. Well, I'll call it a sweet and sour day. It starts with finding out my cousin was probably going to die and my mom has pnuemonia. After a really fitful nights sleep, work starts out fine. A customer of mine, who is a former professional football player said my cardio routine was IMPRESSIVE! How utterly cool is that! Then my afternoon girl calls in sick, my easy fix i...s having my deli girl cover, but it turns out deli girl is in the hospital! (She is fine, thank God!). I got one of my day girls to cover the shift with the promise of the day off. I had a really nice "reveiw".

A team member of mine who has recently struggled has done a total turn around and wanted to talk. He wants my job so I can get a promotion! Warms my heart! It keeps me after work for an extra 20 minutes, so I consider missing my "impressive" work out. As I get my girl, I notice that gas just jumped up and my tank just beeped at me. After I pick her up I found a station at 3.53, so I pull in and try to fill up. Bank card denied! WTH! I pay with credit and call my bank. They say that I'm overdrafted by over 140.00. Umm, What? Turns out that someone charged two direct TV charges valued at almost 200 buck off my account! While on the phone, I got my daughter checked into the child care center. After dealing with the bank, I think again, "I'll skip the work out." THen I told myself that I was already at the gym just do it!" As I was getting ready I realized that I left my ear buds at home, so no music. Ok, I'll just sit in the hot tub. Hey I came in to workout, I will just get it done. About 7 minutes into my work out I got paged to the child care center. (PS. During my 7 minutes, I found out my "dying" cousin is just fine! The ER doctor who told her she was going to die misdiagnosed her tummy ache!?!) Gianna had a little accident. I took her to the lockerroom to change her into her swim suit. After I cleaned her up and dressed her in her suit, we left for the car. When we got there, she asked to play with my kindle. Turns out I left it in the locker room, I never emptied my locker as the key was in my pocket. We found a pair of pants in the car for GiGi and went back in. I ran into my personal trainer, who I told about the Viking's comment. He also said I was working so hard.

I decided that working out was not meant to be today. I got Gi-gi some McDonalds and we came home! Can this day be over! I expected to get pulled over on the way home because of the way the day went. I told my hubby if I did I would laugh my head off!

I'm on hold with Direct TV to figure this out. Since i've never used them this could be interesting. Oh yeah, I bought myself a new toy that arrived today! A Cricut Gypsy! Oh by the way, Gianna just went outside and as I turned to "tell" her she couldn't do that, I noticed she was bringing in my computer bag that I left on the porch! LOL! It is time for bed!!! HAHAHAHAHA!

At least tomorrow is Friday! Our church is offering a parent's night out with free baby sitting. Since DH is working, I'm going to scrapbook!

Holy Moly what a day is right! I would have gotten home and poured a drink, jumped into bed, and pulled the blankets over my head.

I would have had a drink if I had some in the house! Friday did smooth out for the most part, but a very importing employee of mine quit with only one weeks notice. Me time wad great. I got to learn how to usevmy new Gypsy without distraction!
