I guarantee you it's because the actress (can't remember her name) doesn't fit Old Navy clothes! I have worked at ON and we heard lots of stories about the models not liking the fit so I'm sure she dictated what she wanted to wear.

That is really stupid. Since there main sell is clothing they should only be wearing Old Navy clothes even if it is a shoe commercial.

Poor advertising campaign!! I mean seriously -- they could have had hundreds (thousands?) of women wanting to buy a dress, but instead they have angry customers. NOT a good ad!!! Seriously.
