Hi MoM's! A lot of you know the background on my Grandmother, and her battle with different types and stages of Cancer. Right now she has stage 4 colon cancer, and her dr.'s are saying that her cancer is so aggressive that she will have it for the rest of her life, and she will also be on Chemo for the rest of her life. We are putting together and hosting a benefit for her on November 26th, in Faribault, MN. (where she grew up, and lives) And we are looking for donations, and or volunteer help. We have gotten some donations from MN sports teams, as well as private businesses, but need more. We still haven't found a place to donate the food for dinner, and we still need a few high ticket items for the raffle. Can you help? Do you know someone that can get a great item for donation? bump bump bump. I don't know any businesses for donation and I am unable to volunteer that day but I am bumping so someone else can help! Please someone help her out! Can you accept donations in the form of homemade crafts like quilts? I know plenty of mommies on here are crafty!

thanks super, for the bump. We have all the donations we need, and the food was donated by a dear friend of mine. that warms my heart. At times like now, when I'm feeling super down, thinking about how generous people are, makes me forget it!  |
