1 package of noodles(I prefer spirals), prepare according to package. Drain and rinse with cold water 1 can of black olives, sliced 1 package mini pepperoni's 1/2 a cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces 2-3 stems of broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces 1 bottle of Italian dressing, I tend to buy whatever's on sale but the robust ones have more flavor
Mix it all together and chill in the fridge. Add some parmesan cheese to the top before serving.

1 package of shell noddles, prepared according to directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. 1-2 cans of tuna 1 can of peas 1-2 cups Mayo or Miracle Whip cubes of cheese, optional
Mix tuna, noddles, cheese and mayo until well mixed. Add peas in last and stir gently, they will break up if mixed too hard. Refridgerate until cold and serve.
Some people like to omit the tuna and use shredded cheese. They also add sugar to the mayo. Peas and Cheese salad.

1 package of tri-colored rotini noodles A bunch of veggies you like, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet peppers, olives (I use black olives), and whatever else you like for crunch. 2 packages dry Italian dressing mix with the oil and vinegar needed for mixing according to packaging. Mock crab and or salad shrimp
Cook noodles to aldente according to packaging. Rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Place in large bowl you will use to bring it to where you want. Mix in chopped veggies, crab and one packet of prepared Italian dressing. Let sit overnight to allow the pasta to absorb the dressing. Add other packet the next morning and mix well making sure everything is coated. Mix again directly before serving.
Seafood may be omitted for allergy/non fish eating people. Mix and match veggies to your liking. Serves around 20 people depending on how many veggies are added.

I make a creamy italian pasta salad..
I use tricolor rotini as my pasta.. and cook as much as I think I'll be needing I add dry ingredients first..
cut up hard salami, black olives, and small cubes of chedddar cheese (or whatever you like) I don't eat onions or peppers but my husband likes them cut up in there also I dont have any measurements... sorry.. just go by how much we like in it
then I add the creamy italian dressing a little at a time... too much can definitely overpower the dish!!
sprinkling a little parmesean cheese into it also is very good!!

Bowtie pasta, cubed chicken, pesto, grape tomatoes (halved) and feta crumbles--- yum and relatively healthy?

I can't find the original recipe but from my best recollection it is:
Cooked shell or rotini pasta, chopped salami and pepperoni, diced fresh mozzarella, sliced black olives, halved grape tomatoes, chopped up bell pepper. Just before serving toss with a balsamic-vinegar dressing.

pasta can of chicken drained(just like the tuna can) equal parts greek yogurt and mayo (this cuts down on the fat from the mayo) salt pepper pinch dried garlic Mrs Dash chopped celery chopped onion frozen peas (if you rinse them and leave them in the strainer while you rinse out your hot noodles they'll be unfrozen enough to eat with salad immediately) shredded cheese or cubed cheese optional

I box of macaroni noodles 1/2 block of cheese (I use Monterey cheese) mayo (your desired use) 1/2 onion chopped S &P 1 can of spam chopped (oops I forgot this in the original post!)
cook noodles, mix all together.
Also, for the above: with the first one lil posted, I use red onions as well. And usually add cubed pepperjack cheese
and the tuna one, I add a couple hard boiled eggs.
