So my daycare. provider is retiring in 2 weeks. Gianna has been with her for close to four years. I want to give her a thank you/ retirement gift. I'm a little at a loss of what to give though. She love soduko puzzles. Her hobby is making ceramic mosaics. I'm thinking of a gift basket with the puzzle books and. . . . .? Any ideas?
Thanks.

You could buy a gift card to where she buys ceramic mosaic supplies. DD could make (or decorate) her a picture frame and put a pic of her in it.
Are there other things she wants to do in her retirement? Maybe a gift card to a nice restaurant or museum, if you know where she likes to get her haircut you could get a salon gift card.. If she wants to travel you could get her a photo album and gift card to Walgreens for photo developing.
Are there other kids at the daycare? if she has taken some pics of the kids you could ask for the files and make a Shutterfly book for her to remember the kids by. Or ask the other parents for pics of the kids and put them in a collage frame.
