Eagan Puppet Wagon: 10 years of reaching for the stars Article by: LIZ ROLFSMEIER , Special to the Star Tribune Updated: July 20, 2012 - 6:19 PM The Eagan Puppet Wagon, operated by the city Parks and Recreation Department, is celebrating its 10th season entertaining kids. Each day of the week, the college-aged group travels to different parks to give free performances, and due to the number of loyal patrons who attend weekly, they try hard to keep things fresh and lively. PUPPET SHOWS Monday: 10 a.m. at Trapp Farm Park, 841 Wilderness Run Road; 11:45 a.m. at Market Square Park (Mendota Heights), 750 Main St. Tuesdays: 10 a.m. at Quarry Park, 3340 Coachman Road Wednesdays: 10 a.m. at Sky Hill Park, 3590 Blue Cross Road Thursdays: 10 a.m. at O'Leary Park, Duckwood Trail and Duckwood Drive Fridays: 10 a.m. at Blackhawk Park, 1629 Murphy Parkway Evening shows, 2012 Mondays: 6 p.m. on July 30, Aug. 13, Dakota County Library, 1340 Wescott Road Tuesdays: 6 p.m. at Lexington-Diffley Athletic Fields, 4325 Lexington Av.
