I am tired. I am having one of those moody Monday's. Actually everyone in my group today was moody which made me more moody.
What do you do when you when you are moody and you want to get out of being so moody? Not sure if it is b/c I am tired or haven't slept well since Thursday night.
Today the plan was to go to Minneapolis so my kids could bike w/ my sister, my dad, her kids. Fine then the plan was to go home. B/c dad wanted to be home b4 rush hour traffic. Plus I am not use to the big city feel. Man oh man Mineeaplis is too busy for this smallish city country girl. Well what ended up happening was: they all biked fine then went to a zero depth pool. Fine. Found out dad fell off the bike it was either that or run into my youngest niece. Didn't help I was reading a sad book today. Then later we walked to Subway then to Bridgeman's and I wanted DQ. Want it soooo bad I can pretty much taste it. Might have to go there this week soon.
Sorry for my vent/rant.

We all have days like that. I try to watch tv and go to bed as soon as possible! We get to start fresh each day! ( and extra sleep helps)

If I can I try to go for a walk. Sometimes I watch a sad movie so I can get out a good cry.
We all have those days....go get DQ tomorrow, it might break you out of the funk if you are still craving it!

Well good news I slept good so hopefully that will help my mood today. Plus I let the kids slep in b/c they had 4 days in a row of really busy days and they complained a lot yesterday b/c they biked lots then walked lots.
