Today's the Tuesday Primary. It's time to narrow down the candidates. Do you vote on the primaries? I saw a lot of polling places putting up their signs yesterday. Apparently I can walk to my voting place, how convenient! Do you know where you need to vote? You can find out here: pollfinder.sos.state.mn.us/It tells you what districts you're in, where you need to go to vote, what issues you'll be voting on, and a list of candidates that you can choose from. It makes it easier to be informed about what you need to know before you walk into the polls. After today you'll be able to find out who you'll be voting for at the general election. Today it still has the primary information.

Always. I always vote. I was #2 at my polling place.

didn't even know. and to be honest, even if I did it would probably be senseless since i know NOTHING about the people in my district or who or what i'm voting for. yes...i suck at the whole political side of things.

Click on the link above and you can look up all the people you are voting for. It helps you know who you get to choose from and I think it linked to the candidates websites, but I didn't go that far in.

Honestly... probably not... I don't know who I would be voting for and I have been hearing too much about certain issues that I wouldn't know how I would want to vote... it's frustrating when you are pushed in lots of different directions, could make a person not want to go at all.

Not sure if issues mean the amendments, but those are in November, not in today's primary.

We always vote together right at 7:00 and are among the first to the polls. Since we both have to get to work, it works well. This was different thought b/c my wife is off this week and with the schedule of taking Ian to swim lessons it was easier for them to go later, but I still needed to go at 7 and get to work. Ian was really upset at first, since he has always gone with both of us to every election in his lifetime. Luckily he eventually understood.

Bumping this up so you can inform yourself on who is running for what and so you won't be surprised by any of the topics you may have to vote for depending on your district. It has the general election people/topics now.
