I just looked at my FB and here is what she posted the other day. (Sorry, to post for you, Amy. But you got all of us ladies fretting and worrying about you.) Well, its 2am and we just got home. They did CT scans and an MRI and everything looks the same as it did a few years back, no bleeding, swelling etc. They ask he goes back to neurology specialists asap to keep up on it and discuss options. ...The symptoms could possibly be linked to migraines...but they can't say for sure. Overall we're happy to know its not a hemorrage or aneursym but please continue to pray for over all health, stability and to have our good ol steve-o back. Thank you all for your love, prayers and support. We're very appreciative and blessed by it. And now its bed time for both of us.

Here's an update for you all... We got home from the hospital at 2am Friday night/Saturday morning. They ended up doing CT scans and an MRI and everything looks the same as it did a few years back. There was no new bleeding, swelling, pressure on the area etc.
They ask he goes back to neurology specialists asap to keep up on it and discuss options - one of which is surgery that can remove what he has in there causing the pressure on his cerebellum, but that could literally mean years worth of therapy to be able to talk, walk, write, pretty much do anything again.
The symptoms could possibly be linked to migraines...but they can't say for sure. If they are, it would make some sense because the pressure of the migraine would be pushing on his cerebellum, making for the imbalance, vision problems, etc. But, again, they can't say for sure. It's a very touchy situation.
Overall we're happy to know its not a hemorrhage or aneurysm. I'm glad to have gotten him into the hospital to be seen, regardless of the bill. I'm just happy to know that his brain is ok.
I will say, seeing him in that state was one of the scariest, and most heartbreaking moments in my life. I always look at my husband as such a strong piece of our family, that stands tall and keeps us pinned together. And to see him in that state as a weak, imbalanced human being, it really humbled me. I have had my weak moments in our marriage and had to run to him crying into his arms and just lean on him so effortlessly, knowing he'd be there. I know at this point, I have to be strong for him, strong for our family. And be there for him effortlessly as he was and is for me. I felt really selfish after seeing him like that and knowing I got so mad at him for not letting me know what was going on. But I see why he didn't now, and while it still kind of irks me, I also know he just didn't want me to worry or see him in a such fragile state...he wants me to know him as that strong pillar. No matter what I always will. But there are times where one person has to stand and help hold the pillar up. And this really opened my eyes to that...and given us the opportunity to talk about it. Being at the hospital just the two of us for almost 12 hours straight really brought an understanding to both of us. It was it's own blessing in disguise.
I do ask that you please continue to pray for over all health and stability for my DH. Thank you all for your love, prayers and support. We're very appreciative and blessed by it.

haha...thanks Cyndy. I was trying to copy and paste a lot of that over with a little more detail. You beat me to the punch! And no need to be sorry...I wish I had posted something sooner, it was just a rough weekend.

We are glad to hear what it isn't and frustrated that they don't know more.
A couple of years ago DH was so very sick due to his diabetes and asked to go to the hospital. Which he never does. It was then that I really started to think, oh man, this man is 45 years old and could really have a heart attack and I don't want to lose him. I don't mess around with his health. I'm glad you had that eye opening experience and can be a stronger unit because of it.

Thanks LC. It was very eye opening. I need him around. Even at his age (27) he needs to make sure he keeps up with his health. He's strong, but not invincible.

It sounds silly, but I think I would have a friend or a family memeber stay w/ him to keep an eye on him then call you if something arrises or isn't right.

His parents and brother are less than 2 miles away, as well as our neighbor is home all the time. DD is also home with him taking care of him (she knows to call me if anything is going on). It's not that he's not functional, he just needs to be careful getting up too fast, or if he has any headaches he just may need extra time to do things than he normally would.
