Not really sure where to put this... I heard it on TV the other day when I was um... ya... on MOMs.... but thought... hmmmm... time to clean the mattress? today.msnbc.msn.com/id/11915026/It was good timing, as we are to relieve new parts for our sleep number bed today. So I called the dry cleaner this am and they said YUP, they could get the pillow top mattress cover done by the end of the day! It's gonna be about $20 but I figure, the bed is 6 years old now and will no doubt benefit from a good cleaning? What do you do to 'freshen' up your mattresses? Vacume? Flip? I remember Mom vacuming their mattress and also flipping it!

I have used the vac before but not very often. Need to put it on my to-do list! Bed bugs freak me out!

Ugh Don't say bedbugs please. Last summer I had to take precautions because I found out ex had them at his place and DD was getting bit on her visits. I get creepy crawly just thinking about the possibility. Thank god they never came home with DD but they still made sure there were none.

Agreed Babyscute -- don't even say the word. I get nervous each time I fly or take a vacation that I am bringing extra passengers home
