I am having back pain. We believe the reason for this back pain is b/c: I helped at home make applesauce on Sunday for 10 hours straight and for a handful of hours I work stupid shoes (Viking slippers) then I changed into good tennis shoes. I had sore feet from it & back pain. I have tried heat & ice. I was walking around while puting my knees back while walking to sort of stretch out the feet and hoping that would help my back too. Yes, this has been affecting my sleeping.
Anyone have any ideas of what I could do or should try?
TIA

Try the child's pose for yoga. That seems to help my back and a good massage.

It sounds like it is something that will eventually work itself out. Until then, have you tried ICY HOT or just taking some Bayer or other pain med to get you through the night?

No I haven't tried that yet Cyndy. Thanks for the idea. It hurt yesterday to reach back to get the seat belt in our truck.

My dad has back issues--he sees chiropractor sometimes and acupuncturist others when really bad-- but he swears by Aleve (or similar type med)
