My DD is 7 and we're having a hard time finding a costume that she wants for Halloween. I am NOT crafty AT ALL (wish I was but I sadly don't have that talent) so I'd rather just buy a costume and then add some face makeup if necessary. She really wants to be a panda bear, but the costumes I've found that look cute and are of decent quality are for toddlers, not 7 YOs. SO ... what stores have you found to be a good place for costumes for school-aged kids? We used to go to Old Navy but it looks like their costumes only go up to size 5 T. Other than Target, I don't know where to look. Any suggestions would be great!

I saw creativekidstuff.com had a bunch of costumes for school aged kids! Party City also has a ton of costumes.

There are halloween costume stores popping up now around the cities.
My mom made me a super cute panda costume in elementary school....but she is great at sewing. You could do a black sweatpant/sweatshirt outfit and white felt/fabric cut out and pinned it on and then do face paint

Try the thrift stores they carry tons of costumes now....although I haven't found and panda bear ones. Or do a google search to see what you can come up with that way.
