Italian Panko crusted chicken breasts (following the Progresso Brand recipe on the back of cylinder shapped box and then baking it instead of frying it), peas, and honey flavored greek yogurt with pears. Easy - took 10 minutes to make, 30 minutes to bake.

I used Trader Joes taco spice and medium salsa con queso. It is too spicy. I don't think I'll get anyone to eat the leftovers. Bummer cuz it tastes pretty good.
